To avoid incurring fees, tour cancellations must be effected at least 24 hours before departure.Cancellations effected within this time and up to 18 hours before will be liable for 50% of the fee. Within this time and in the case of no-shows there will be no refund due. In the circumstances that we are unable to operate a tour due to bad weather, clients will be informed as soon as possible and an alternative date will be offered or a full refund given. Clients are not entitled to a refund should weather conditions suddenly change while out at sea causing a trip to be curtailed. Sharks are wild animals and their presence cannot be guaranteed and we are unable to give a refund in the case of no successful sightings. However, in this situation we will happily offer an alternative date for the tour at a reduced rate. Similarly diving in the cage can occasionally be affected by weather conditions, and will not be permitted if safety is compromised in any way.
