A very cloudy and misty day at sea today but it did not stop us from getting some amazing sightings of our local wildlife...

Whales, Whales, Whales!
Did someone say dolphins?!
SOUTHERN RIGHT WHALES! AGAIN!
What an excellent day on the water filled with some amazing wildlife...
Our first Southern Rights of the year!
A bit of a different start to our morning today as first trip departed from Gansbaai harbour due to low tide in Kleinbaai
Our trip today started in the shallows, where we were greeted by a small pod of three Indian Ocean Humpback Dolphins, our rarest coastal cetacean...
A beautiful day at sea in some excellent weather which to included all of the Marine Big 5...
Our journey began in The Shallows and we didn’t have to wait long before spotting our infamous Indian Ocean Humpback Dolphins...
2 species of Whale, two species of Dolphin and 2 species of shark, all in a days work...
A sun shining, Southern Right Whale watching, seal kill viewing kind of day….
Nothing quite beats a playful little whale calf….
Not only did we get to see the Marine Big 5, we also got to see 2 different species of whales!
We had a Whale of a time out there on the deep blue…
Our luck hasn’t run out just yet with us finding all of the Marine Big 5 including a lob tailing Southern Right…
We got to see our Marine Big 5 on a picture perfect sea day....
Almost half way through December and our whales are still going strong!

Incredible visibility and the Marine Big 5, we could not have had a better trip...
A weird and wonderful day out at sea, with a good few laughs along the way....

A great Monday with 3 of the Marine Big 5…
At long last, the return of the White Shark to Dream Catcher trips....and some epic whale tail action.
We got to see the Marine Big 5 just before the wind came in....
We had a super curious little calf on the first trip of the day…..
We had a lovely Tuesday watching some whales, admiring some seals and catching glimpses of penguins...
We had another Marine big 5 kind of day with both of our client trips spotting all of our favourite animals!
It’s impossible to have a blue Monday when you’re spending it with some Southern Right Whales…
Our intrepid whale watchers today braved a very wet day to go out and see our lovely Southern Right whales.
We are very fortunate to still have our friendly gentle giants in the bay...
Our day started partly cloudy with turquoise water all over the bay...

We got to see 2 beautiful pairs of Southern Right Whales out on the ocean today...
We had four whale watching tours today in a South East wind...
4 beautiful trips on a perfect summers day...
Today, we witnessed quite a worrying event in the bay…
Today was another picture perfect day on the ocean, with us having a wide variety of spectacular sightings…
We were in for a super Halloween treat today when we arrived at Geyser Rock to find our very first pup of the season...
With only 3 trips out today, our first launch was a little later, with us hitting the sea at around 10 to see what all was out there and the sightings certainly did not disappoint…
We keep having amazing sightings out in the bay, with the wind still pumping enough to get the whales a little excited…
We had all of the members of the Marine Big 5 come out and play today…
As the wind picked up...so did the whales...
Whale watching on the Atlantic…the adventure of a lifetime…
A swell day watching moms and calves in the shallows...
Another no sea day has come and gone and it seems as though we will be on the water every day for the next while, which is great news for us....
“There’s always the day when they come back” and today…they did!!
We had a shark on the first trip, some dolphins on the second and a whale tail or two on the last trip of the day...
Although a little windy, we had a great day out on the Atlantic with beautiful whales on both of our trips...
4 trips, all with gorgeous whale sightings...
Rain; that lovely, liquid-y thing that forces us to put our cameras away and actually -fully- indulge in the magnificent experience that is watching 60 ton giants…
We had a swell day out and about in the bay today…

It was a mother and calf kind of day, which ended in a very generous surprise by some of our amazing clients...
With a light South Easterly blowing this morning, we set out on Dream Catcher and got more than we bargained for…
We got to see some gorgeous sights out on the water today, which made braving the chilly weather worth it! All 3 trips were able to have fantastic encounters with the whales today, with each being completely unique...
Mothers and calves are taking over from the mating groups and we're loving it....
Many large whales in our small “little” bay…

The comeback of the Humpback Dolphin…
We had 3 trips out on the water today, with our marine mammals outshining their fishy and feathered friends....
Whale season is definitely at it’s peak with tons (excuse the pun) of Southern Right Whales gracing our shores at the moment....
3 days after our last sea day, we head out with no idea what to expect...
We would have charged our clients extra for the breaching action we experienced on Trip 2 but that would be a - breach - of contract...
Today’s trip was one filled with some salty sea spray and a few cool species...
Some more gorgeous Southern Right Whale action and not 1 but 3 Mola Mola’s…
Kleinbaai appears to be the bay to be in at the moment…
After only 5 minutes at sea we stumbled across a couple of….
It was a 4 trip kind of day today with moody skies clearing to a patchy blue sky over a picture perfect ocean...
The wind calmed down a lot since yesterday and some more...
This morning, our whale sightings were absolutely outstanding with the Southern Rights pulling out all of the stops to ensure memories that will last a lifetime...
Our first Southern Right Whale calf for the season, a boisterous pod of dolphins and a Sun Fish or two make for a great day…
We launched in the afternoon for a whale watching from our harbour in Kleinbaai...
After a heavy storm over the last few days we had still a little bit of wind blowing and creating a little chop...
Only a couple of moments after leaving the harbour, we had our first sighting, which was...

This mornings trip started with an awesome....
Our first sighting of the day was at our sister company's vessel, Slashfin....
A birder's paradise with a Sabine's Gull, hundreds of gannets and a couple of Shearwaters...
We were surrounded by Bryde’s whales...
On our two whale watching tours today we saw Bryde's whales, the whales we have here year round...
It was great to be back out at sea after two days on land due to bad weather...
What a great day!
Today we only had one trip, but it was great to spend some time out at sea...
After a no sea day yesterday it was great to be back on the boat and...
We just had another three stunning trips before some bad weather and wind hits us...
We had sunshine again the whole day and only later on the wind picked up...
We definitely had a lovely Sunday out at sea...
