Guide Summary and Photographs
Today was yet another exciting day out at sea.
Due to some windy conditions, we could only launch our last scheduled trip of the day. The morning started off with decreasing easterly winds and by the time we launched we had clear, sunny skies.
During the duration of the whale watching trip we spotted a massive raft of penguins. Karli, our excellent guide, reckons it is the biggest she has ever seen. In total we saw three Southern Right whales which included a mating pair.
Upon arrival at Geyser Rock we were welcomed by 100’s of Cape Fur seals.
