Guide Summary and Photographs

This morning was overcast but the sky cleared up soon. We found a lot of Southern Right whales close to Uilenkraalsmond, in total we had four different mothers and their calves. One calf is a really special one, it’s half brindle. We saw this calf and her mother already yesterday, they were super relaxed around our vessel today. On the way to the island we passed our sister company to see a Great White shark around their shark cage diving vessel. The shark we got to see there is named Caroline, she has been visiting our sister company’s vessel for a few weeks now. Arrived at Dyer Island we saw African penguins swimming in the water. Arrived in shark Alley we saw lots of Cape Fur seals in the water and on their little Island Geyser Rock. Our second trip for the day was lucky as we did get to see al Marine Big 5. A day could not better end.
