Guide Summary and Photographs
Today we had all Marine Big5 and even more. The sea was calm and the sun was shining during the day. Our day did start early in the morning and as soon as we launched from the Kleinbaai harbour we were heading toward Pearly Beach were we found our Southern Right whales. Today we found another mating group an just a few mothers with her calves. On our second and the last trip we were lucky and were surprised by a school of Bottlenose dolphins. They came close to our vessel and had fun bow riding. While cruising trough Shark Alley we found an entangled Cape Fur seal, our excelent wildlife spotter managed to catch the poor animal and did cut it free. After having a look at the seals and the African penguins we stopped at the shark cage diving vessels close to Dyer Island. On the last trip we spotted a few Humpback whales around Dyer Island. You definitely could not asked for a better day!
