Guide Summary and Photographs

We only had one trip today, due to strong wind in the morning. But just before we launched the wind speed slowed down and we had an awesome trip. Today we were heading first to Dyer Island were we saw some African penguins. and then we were cruising through Shark Alley where we were observing all the Cape Fur seals laying on Geyser Rock. Some of the Cape Fur seals were relaxing on the ship wreck which got washed up there in late eighteen hundred. Arrived in Pearly Beach we were shortly surrounded by Southern Right whales. We encountered three mothers with their calves and a single adult, coming closer to our vessel Dream Catcher. One calf was playful, he was lobtailing for a while, which was amazing to see. We had a whale of a tail!
