Guide Summary and Photographs

Although a light breeze was blowing from the South, we had an amazing trip on board the Dream Catcher. Shortly after launching from the Kleinbaai harbour we spotted the Humpback dolphins. We haven’t seen any dolphins the last few days, so it was a great surprise to know they are back in the bay. Summer, one of our well known individuals was in between the group of six. After spending some time with them, we headed towards our sister company Marine Dynamics to see some great shark activity. Arrived in the world famous Shark Alley we were watching the Cape Fur seals playing in the water, and while busy watching them, our research vessel Lwazi passed by. Unfortunately we didn’t see any African penguins on Dyer Island, but on the way back we found a little juvenile swimming around.
