Guide Summary and Photographs

Another perfect day for whale watching.

On our way to Pearly Beach we found several Southern Right whales around the reef De Clyde. The cow-calf pairs were really relaxed around our vessel, while we were busy observing them.

Just after having a look at the African penguins on Dyer Island and the Cape Fur seals on Geyser Rock we spotted a Southern Right whale busy breaching.

Maybe the mother was teaching her little calf how to breach… 🙂
