Guide Summary and Photographs

What another beautiful day out at sea.

Throughout the day we managed to see all the Marine Big 5. Today we found two Southern Right whales in the Pearly Beach area, it was a mother with her new born calf. They have been very relaxed alongside our vessel ‘Dream Catcher’. We only spent a short time with these two animals, as the calf was still small and we don’t wanna disturb them too much.

During our journey we also spotted some African penguins, swimming in the big blue ocean. Before heading to Pearly Beach, we stopped at the shark cage diving vessels in ‘the shallows’ were we got to see some Great White shark action. Towards the end of our trips we passed the Cape Fur seal colony on Geyser Rock to have a look at them playing in the water.
