Another great day out on the water...

Guide Summary and Photographs
It was yet another amazing day out on the water.
Although it was a gloomy grey day and we could see some dark clouds moving closer to our coast we had a great time on our vessel ‘Whale Whisperer’. First we spotted a Cape Fur seal in the Pearly Beach area feeding on a fish. Close by we also spotted some African penguins, first a single penguin and a few minutes later a whole group, consisting out of a juvenile and eight adults.
Just before we reached the famous Shark Alley, we stopped at our sister company, Marine Dynamics’ to see a Great White shark. It’s always nice to see these top predators up close. After visiting Geyser Rock we decided to head into deeper water behind the island to try our luck to find some whales. We didn’t get disappointed with our decision. We found two traveling Humpback whales heading towards Danger Point. All of us were happy about the sightings, including our International Marine Volunteers on board.
Once we arrived back on land we were all looking forward to enjoy some nice warm soup at the Great White house.
