Guide Summary and Photographs

What a wonderful day out at sea. It is hard to describe in words what we have seen all day long. We had active and relaxed whales during the day. While the sun was rising, we were heading towards Pearly Beach to find some Whales as the whale watching season has already started. During the day, we had curious whales coming close to our vessel, mating groups and breaching Southern Sight Whales in the distance. On our third trip we were really lucky and got to see a sunfish, as we don’t see them very often during the season. Of course we also stopped in front the seal colony, which is on Geyser Rock just behind Dyer Island. On the way back towards the Kleinbaai harbour we also spotted one little African Penguin. What a Whale of a time.
