Guide Summary and Photographs

The morning started off beautiful before some mist came up. However the weather didn’t affect our whale sightings at all. On all three trips we headed straight towards Pearly Beach to find some Southern Right whales. We weren’t disappointed, we got to see a lot of whale action going on.

We saw the whales fluke, flippers and some spy-hops. As we were busy watching them a few whales from the mating group decided to come closer and have a look at us. Just amazing to see these gentile giants so close. While busy watching the Cape Fur seals we spotted an African penguin in between.
