Guide Summary and Photographs

It was a perfect day to be out on the ocean. Although the weather conditions were great it was quiet out in the bay. On both trips we got to see plenty Cape Fur seals on Geyser Rock and some more swimming in the water while having a look out for the whales. Unfortunatly we couldn’t find any Southern Right whales, but on the second trip we have been lucky to spot a Bryde’s whale behind the Dyer Island area. We also got to see some penguins on the second trip, camouflaging themselves well between the Cape cormorants on Dyer Island. On both trips we passed the shark cage diving vessels on our way back into the harbour. There we managed to see a Great White shark.
