Guide Summary and Photographs

We had another fantastic whale watching day. The sea was so calm the whole day, but it was over casted most of the time. Shortly after launching from the Kleinbaai harbour we spotted a mother with her calf close to Franskraal. On our way through the bay we spotted some more familiar faces. We also spend some time in the Pearly Beach area and had a look at the Southern Right whales in the Pearly Beach bay. We had a few close encounters in Pearly Beach, a mother and her calf approached us several times and was so relaxed around our vessel. Our Cape Fur seals are still peaceful on Geyser Rock and the African Penguins were hanging around on Dyer Island. What a day!
