Guide Summary and Photographs

Perfect day for whale watching. After launching the harbour we drove to Pearly Beach were we found our Southern Right whales for the day. There we also spotted a single Humpback dolphin swimming around a mother with her calf. After relaxing during the day one of the calves was getting active, the calf started playing around. The little whale was lifting up its tail and breaching several times in a row. We also saw a Great White shark while we passed our sister company Marine Dynamics. While busy watching the Cape Fur seals we spotted a aduld African penguin swimming in between all the seals. And not to forget about all the sea birds we saw today, we passed some feeding cormorants, gannets and gulls in the morning.
