Guide Summary and Photographs

Another perfect day to spend on our vessel Dream Catcher. While we were cruising along the coast towards Pearly Beach we spotted two African penguins close to shore. After cruising through the Pearly Beach area we headed into deeper water to find some whales and we were lucky to find a Bryde’s whale. We also spotted a few Cape Fur seals in the same are, but we payed more attention to the whale ,since we visited our Cape fur seal colony on Geyser Rock  shortly after we spotted the whale. We arrived at the colony we got to see thousands of them. A few were playing in the water and others were just lying on the rocks.

After great sightings we went back to an area called Joubertsdam, to see a Great White shark at our sister company Marine Dynamics.
