Guide Summary and Photographs

After launching from our harbour in Kleinbaai, Gansbaai, we were headed towards Danger Point into deeper waters. While slowly cruising and looking out for a spout we spotted several African penguins in the water, so we stopped and tried to have a closer look. On the way towards the island we spotted a blow, but never managed to see the shy Bryde’s whale. So we made our way towards Shark Alley to pay a visit to the Cape Fur seals on Geyser Rock. Some were just lying on the little island some others were playing with each other in these world famous waters.

We also managed to stop at our sister company Marine Dynamics, offering shark cage diving. There we saw some energetic Great White sharks, as the shark activity this time of the year is just great.
