Guide Summary and Photographs
The sun was shining the whole time and a warm wind was blowing from the mountains. It was a perfect day for whale watching. We had an exciting day all over. We spotted Great White sharks close to shore in their natural habitat, had mother Southern Right whales with their calves in Pearly Beach. Some calves were relaxing. one was quite active and breached close to our vessel. Another calf was very curious and had a closer look at Whale Whisperer. On our way to Shark Alley we had a rare sighting of a Minke whale, everybody was surprised and excited! Arrived at Geyser Rock many Cape Fur seals were playing in the water of Shark Alley. We also spotted some African penguins on Dyer Island and in the deep blue. What a spectacular day!
