Guide Summary and Photographs
The sea was choppy again this morning, but we still had another beautiful day out at sea. After launching the Kleinbaai harbour we headed towards Pearly Beach. We also passed the shark cage diving vessels and saw there our sister company Marine Dynamics. Arrived in the whale watching area we found a mating group on our first trip and more friendly whales on our second one. The Southern Right whales were really relaxed again beside our boat. After observing the whales we headed towards Dyer Island and Geyser rock. In the middle of the Cape Fur seals we found an African penguin sleeping right next to a seal peacefully. On our second trip we have seen a big bird raft of cormorants on our way to the whales. On the way back we spotted the Humpback whale from yesterday again and stopped to have a look at the beautiful animal. What an awesome day!
