Guide Summary and Photographs
There must have been something in the water today because those calves were being active; it was like baby boot camp! It was extremely difficult to decide where to look and keep your camera pointed as we had one calf breaching towards the back of the boat while another calf was lob-tailing towards the front. If it that wasn’t enough we also had a mother-calf pair on each side of the boat rolling around and slapping their pectoral flippers! It was especially jaw-dropping when we got to see a mother and her calf breach at the same time! It only happened once, but I think that mental picture will stay with everybody for a lifetime…
