The wildlife was working well with us today, from the Southern Right whales to the Great White sharks, Cape Fur seals and African penguins we had fantastic sightings! We found two different mother calf pairs throughout the trip and a third pair found us! The inquisitive mother and calf swam towards us from quite a distance to join the pair we were already watching and they were being incredibly friendly and relaxed. We recognized all three pairs today as ones that we’ve been spotting quite often, based on the markings of the calves. It’s something quite spectacular watching these gorgeous creatures grow, both in size and curiosity! We had calm seas, plentiful wildlife and curious clients, you can’t get much better than that…
