Guide Summary and Photographs
The sun was finally shining for us again today giving the whales perfect conditions for sunbathing at the surface! We had five mother calf pairs throughout the day, who were being very relaxed, just chilling at the surface. We had one mother calf pair today who were very curious, the mother actually brought her calf right up to the side of the boat to check it out and once the calf became a little to inquisitive for mothers liking she guided her away again, a truly spectacular sighting! We can really tell the calves are getting older now, by how adventurous their mothers are allowing them to be. Wonder what we’ll see tomorrow…
