The wind was definitely pumping today! The strong winds may have encouraged most whales to move to the deeper water but none the less we still found two mother calf pairs. The fierce winds made for the perfect currents to have the calves exercise and build up their muscles for the upcoming migration. We were very fortunate to find a pod of Bottlenose dolphins on both trips today. Oddly enough it was two different pods of Bottlenose dolphins that we spotted on each trip, easily distinguished by the fact that the second pod was much smaller with many more young ones. We always love when the dolphins are passing through…
