What another fantastic day to be out on the atlantic ocean....

Guide Summary.
We had 3 awesome trips out on our vessels today, with a stunning, flat sea and some summer sunshine. We had our first 2 trips on our larger boat, Dream Catcher, but later swapped over to Whale Whisperer for our cruise and spent the day travelling around in search of our wildlife. On the first 2 tours of the day, we had 4 members of the Marine Big 5 hanging out with us and on the 3rd, we spent time with 3 of our favorite species.
On the first two tours, we caught up with our Indian Ocean Humpback Dolphins, which were in their usual spot in shallow water against the white, sandy beaches of Die Grys. On the first tour of the day, we found them just in front of The Clyde reef system and had a really close encounter with 3 adults and one calf who came up to check us out. The dolphins surfaced right next to the boat to the excitement of all on board and we had an awesome time travelling along with them before heading off to the island. On the second tour of the day, we got to watch the dolphins play in the swell as they took dives, exposing their tails and then jumping out the water to give us some great views.
On all our tours, we also spent some lovely time with the Copper Sharks of the shallows, who were as active and golden as ever, checking out the boats and swimming right below ours, giving our clients birds eye view as they moved slowly passed us in the crystal clear water. African Penguins were also spotted on all the trips, with one sighting in the water of a baby blue, or juvenile bird, and the rest spotted on Dyer Island, although we’ve also had a couple of penguins hanging out on Geyser Rock of late. Geyser Rock is still buzzing with Cape Fur Seals being busy, and we finished off all of our tours here.
