Trip Log 2 November 2012

Guide Summary and Photographs

What a sparkling day!  The wind and choppy sea gave us a great day in a beautiful wild ocean…  We saw many whales traveling around the area and the seals of Geyser Rock were very active today playing in front of us!.  The Bull Cape fur seals were very busy finding new females for their harems showing their strength to other males. We saw also a sad seal injured.. and probably she had a scary encounter with a Great White Shark because there was a visible bite in her back. Nature rules sometimes and the only thing we can say, hoping she’ll be able to survived and avoid infections, is “Good luck sweety.. it wasn’t your day to pass away, so …be strong and get well! ”
