Daily Snaps.

A Humpback dolphin in The Shallows.

Some juvenile kelp Gulls taking a rest on our cage.

A Copper Shark cuts the water.

For the most part, we only get to see the dorsal fin and back of the Copper Shark, but this animal lifted its head just a little more.

African Penguins doing some waddling.

Giant Petrels outside of Shark Alley.

Seals napping on Geyser Rock.

Taking a rest on the beach.

Enjoying the coolness of the day.

Chaos as all the seals made their way into the water after being frightened.

Humpback dolphins are an endangered species, with small populations living very close to shore, typically in water less than 25m deep and an average home range of 120km. Their proximity to land makes these animals particularly vulnerable to human influence.
