Whale Watching near Cape Town, South Africa Welcome to Gansbaai, home of the Marine Big 5.
Trip Summary 14 August 2023:
Today we had such an incredible day, full of whales and excitement! We started quite early with a bit of North-westerly wind and it didn’t take us long to find the whales. There were a bit too close to shore at first, but then we found some incredible whales that were busy mating. All four of our tours were lucky with whales and, as usual, the Island system was rich in wildlife sightings of Cape Fur seals and African penguins.
