Whale Watching near Cape Town, South Africa Welcome to Gansbaai, home of the Marine Big 5.
Trip Summary 22 October 2023:
Heading straight out of the harbour towards coastal areas for our first southern right whale sightings. Several pairs were to be found and cruising peacefully as always through our bay. On some of the trips, the boat even got approached by a young humpback whale. Most of our trips were able to make a stop at our sister company Marine Dynamics to get a glimpse of the beautiful Bronze whaler sharks. Moving on to Shark Alley where our guests got to encounter numerous Cape fur seals. Before making our way back to Kleinbaai Harbour we stopped by Dyer Island to allow our guests to spot some African Penguins resting on the island.
