Southern right whales! Marine Big 5 Daily Blog
Written by September 14 2021
Today we had some fantastic southern right whale sightings in the Pearly Beach area on both trips. On our first tour we also managed to see a Bronze Whaler shark at the cage diving boats before seeing the whales. We also stopped closer to Dyer Island, where we saw some of the endangered African Penguin and thousands of Cape Cormorants. We also had a great time driving through Shark Alley with its clear water and all the Cape fur seals.
What species did we see today?
