Whale Watching near Cape Town, South Africa – Welcome to Gansbaai, home of the Marine Big 5.
Trip Summary 29 September 2025:
What an amazing day we had out at sea today, not only was the weather in our favour, but the sightings were just as great. We had two trips that went out today, starting our trip by following the glorious coastline, where some Southern right pairs were spotted in our calm, shallow bay. It was a bit quiet throughout the day in the Shallows near the shark diving vessels, so spotting a shark was a bit difficult; nevertheless, we still had smiles on our faces as we finished off the day by visiting Dyer Island and Geyser Rock.
