Whale Watching near Cape Town, South Africa Welcome to Gansbaai, home of the Marine Big 5.
Trip Summary 21 April 2022:
On our trip today, we were fortunate to have had some beautiful weather and calm seas. This made it great to have some pelagic bird sightings such as Terns, Cape Gannets, White Chinned Petrels, Sooty Shearwaters, and Giant Petrels. Our African Penguins were out and about as we came across a few large rafts of them on our trip before we headed towards the islands for some sightings of the Cape Fur Seals on Geyser Rock and the African Penguins on Dyer Island.
