Whale Watching near Cape Town, South Africa Welcome to Gansbaai, home of the Marine Big 5.
Trip Summary 08 April 2023:
Although it was rather cold and overcast today we had a great day at sea with some fantastic sightings of a variety of seabirds but also spotted plenty of Cape fur seals, sharks, and more. On our first trip, we have been lucky to see a Bryde’s whale as we came around Danger Point. On our second tour, we were unable to spot a whale but were lucky to find three humpback dolphins along the coast in some shallow waters.
