We have now been seeing the same mothers and calves in the Pearly Beach are for quite some time. All of them were in shallow waters close to shore in the sandy bay. After having spend great time watching the gentle giants, we were heading to Geyser Rock to watch the Cape fur seals and we even spotted a couple of seal pups already. Before returning to Kleinbaai we stopped closer to Dyer Island for the seabirds, including the penguins.
