Whale Watching near Cape Town, South Africa Welcome to Gansbaai, home of the Marine Big 5.
Trip Summary 02 April 2022:
Another beautiful day out at sea this afternoon with amazing sightings of the Bryde’s whale. Our trip was lucky enough to have seen four different Bryde’s whales including a mother and her young one. We were also fortunate enough to have encountered a raft of penguins out at sea as well as other various pelagic seabirds. Our trip led us towards Dyer Island to spot some of the African Penguins on land and then to Geyser Rock where we stopped for a short visit with the Cape Fur Seals.
