Trip Summary 29 September 2023:
What a fantastic day to be out at sea! We had some nice calm conditions out there and incredible wildlife activity. All our trips were extremely lucky to see quite a few Southern Right whales, Cape Fur seals, African penguins, and Bronze Whalers, while some were even more fortunate with a rare for this time of the year sighting of a Bryde’s whale. We still had bad visibility in our bay due to a lot of fresh water coming into the ocean after heavy rainfalls, but it didn’t affect our sightings and we managed to enjoy the whales and the other animals.

What species did we see today?
