Whale Watching near Cape Town, South Africa Welcome to Gansbaai, home of the Marine Big 5.
Trip Summary 15 August 2022:
A fantastic day out at sea gave us some incredible wildlife sightings today! With 4 trips launching, we were glad to have been back out at sea after being landbound for a few days due to the weather. Our trips were fortunate enough to have some awe-inspiring views of a group of Southern Right whales visiting the bay. Trip two was even treated to some breaches! We had some spectacular sightings of the Bronze Whaler Sharks around the cage diving vessel and the acrobatics from the Cape Fur Seals were always a delight to behold. Our African Penguins on Dyer Island were a bit tricky to spot today but we used our eagle eyes to spot a few individuals on the island.
