Whale Watching near Cape Town, South Africa Welcome to Gansbaai, home of the Marine Big 5.
Trip Summary 10 November 2023:
Today we were blessed with beautiful conditions that were enjoyed by guests and animals alike. All our trips were lucky enough to see Southern Right whale pairs relaxing in the shallows. On one of our trips even got to see a Southern Right whale interacting with one of the endangered Humpback dolphins. After whale sightings, we stopped by our shark cage diving vessel to see the brilliant Bronze whaler activity before moving on to Geyser Rock and Dyer Island for abundant sightings of the Cape Fur seals and African penguins.
